Online training diary
Fitness Tracker™ provides a place in which to store all the information so that it can be accessed at any time via a secure individual web link. Athletes are given their own secure log-in and password to access their files, training diary and exercise schedule.
It can record all of the training sessions you have completed, or reasons for not completing a session, such as injury, illness or competition.
Young athletes record their height and weight each week to facilitate the monitoring of growth spurts. Data can be viewed remotely to check progress, give support and gain feedback for the coaches and specialists.
