Training camps
You are taught the principles that underpin movement, balance and alignment, which are the foundation stones of technique, co-ordination and effortless power. You are shown how to access these skills, so you can influence your own performance, regardless of age or ability. You receive testing, evaluation and feedback as an integral part of the package.
Camps are customised to suit participants and their sport, and can be organised through a club, school, academy or governing body. Camp duration ranges from half a day to a week or more.
